Qualifications

• 3 yrs relevant payroll experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree.
• CPP preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and/or process payrolls in a timely manner to meet client deadlines (updating records, bonuses, severance, tax calculations, deposits, withholdings, garnishments).
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions for social security and unemployment.
• Establish strong and trusted client relationships by consulting on payroll matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
• Convey information clearly in writing and verbally.
• Provide technical software support to clients and train on ADP RUN.
