Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Payroll Support Specialist to provide direct payroll client consulting and execution. You will work under the Payroll Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure accurate payroll processing with a focus on confidentiality and compliance.

The role requires knowledge of ADP platforms, Excel/Outlook, and strong attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment serving multiple clients. Training and implementation support may be involved.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process payrolls in a timely manner to meet client deadlines; update records and review tax calculations.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions and employer contributions.
