Job summary

The Cline Group is looking for a highly motivated, sales‑driven field sales representative to join our team in Ohio. You will develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to grow your territory and convert potential customers into new clients, with a base salary plus a robust commission plan.

Responsibilities include maintaining up‑to‑date information on services, products, industry, competition, and market conditions; using CRM for opportunities; initiating contact with prospects;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or high school diploma.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Working knowledge of a CRM system.
• Proven track record of sales experience (3–5 years).
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
