Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to participate in a comprehensive 12-month sales training program. This unique program combines field-based training with classroom instruction at the acclaimed Reynolds University in Dayton, OH. Trainees will gain firsthand experience by working with seasoned Sales Mentors and traveling extensively.

Upon successful completion, you will become a Sales Professional responsible for meeting sales quotas in your assigned territory, focusing on high-end software solutions and marketing services targeted to the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in last 3 years.
• Good time management skills are essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-month sales training program with both field and classroom training.
• Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas by selling assigned products.
• Work with assigned Sales Mentor in their territory, observing and assisting them.
