Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in our 12 month sales training program, which combines field-based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During the program you will travel 80-100% with overnight stays and work with a Sales Mentor in your territory. After completion, you will relocate to an assigned territory to become a Sales Professional, selling Reynolds products and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and achieve monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to automotive dealerships.
• Support field-based sales and customer service teams during the training period.
• Travel 80-100% during training with overnight stays to expand product knowledge.
