Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program that blends field-based and classroom instruction at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, with mentorship in your territory.

Expect travel 80–100% during training and active exposure to dealership operations and sales techniques. Upon completion, you relocate to a territory as a Sales Professional and pursue designated quotas by selling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Good time management skills are essential.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record in last 3–5 years.
• Willing to relocate after training.
• Willingness to travel 80–100% during training.

Responsibilities

• Complete 12-month sales training program with field and classroom components.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Meet monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers.
