Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is looking for motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees in Washington, DC. This role involves a comprehensive 12-month sales training program that includes both field-based learning and classroom instruction at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

Upon completion, trainees will relocate to a designated territory to work as Sales Professionals, responsible for meeting sales quotas by selling various products and services targeted at the automotive industry.

This position offers relocation assistance along with benefits like health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-month sales training program with field and classroom training.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training to become a Sales Professional.
• Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products.
