Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees for a 12-month training program. This includes classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, and field training with a Sales Mentor. Post-training, you will sell automotive industry products and services in your assigned territory.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a Bachelor's degree, with excellent communication and time management skills. The position offers a company car, health benefits, and opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-month sales training program with field and classroom training.
• Work with a Sales Mentor, observing sales processes and assisting in calls.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers.
