Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join a structured 12-month training program, spanning field and classroom formats at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH. You will travel extensively during training and later relocate to an assigned territory as a Sales Professional, responsible for meeting monthly and annual quotas.

Our program targets automotive industry software, marketing services, printed forms and promotional products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willing to travel (80-100%) during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of training.

Responsibilities

• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and achieve designated quotas.
