Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated individuals for the Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee program. This 12-month training combines field-based and classroom learning at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, with extensive travel for hands-on experience.

After completing training, you will relocate to an assigned territory and pursue sales targets in the automotive sector. During training you will travel 80-100% with overnight stays, supported by a mentor.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license with minimal violations in the last 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI in the last 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Sell to new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
• Relocate to the assigned territory after training.
• Meet monthly and annual quotas for Reynolds products and services.
• Travel with customer service and installation teams during training to learn products and processes.
