The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in Denver, Colorado is looking for motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join their team. This role includes a comprehensive 12-month training program that combines both field and classroom instruction.

Upon completion of the program, trainees will relocate to their assigned territory as Sales Professionals, responsible for meeting sales quotas while promoting high-end software solutions and services to clients in the automotive industry.

The position offers extensive travel opportunities, a company car, and various benefits including medical insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel overnight 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in a 12 month sales training program.
• Complete classroom training at Reynolds University.
• Work closely with a Sales Mentor in the field.
• Achieve monthly and annual quotas after training.
