Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in Indianapolis, IN is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join their growing team. The role includes 12 months of extensive training, covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

Post-training, trainees will relocate to an assigned territory to become Sales Professionals, responsible for selling automotive software solutions and services while achieving sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with no serious violations.
• Strong time management and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales Mentor in territory during field training.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas post-training.
• Relocate to assigned territory after training completion.
