Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is actively seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees in Baltimore, Maryland. This position includes a comprehensive 12-month training program with both field and classroom components, where you'll gain exposure to dealership operations and sales techniques.

After completing the training, you will relocate to become a Sales Professional, tasked with meeting sales quotas in your assigned territory. Benefits include a company car, insurance options, and 401(k) matching among others.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to travel overnight 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month training program involving field and classroom training.
• Observe the sales process and assist Sales Mentor in their territory.
• Relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional after training.
