Lansing Building Products, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover Broward and Miami-Dade counties, travel as needed, and drive business growth. You will prospect, meet customers, and build relationships with contractors, remodelers, and builders.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, using a CRM, and presenting Lansing’s products and services to the market with a winning mindset and strong time management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in territory management or B2B outside sales.
• CRM experience to manage and track sales activity (e.g., Salesforce).
• Familiarity with Building Materials, Construction, or Wholesale Territory Sales.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prospect clients within the assigned territory and develop leads with 8–10 daily sales appointments.
• Meet face-to-face with contractors, remodelers, and builders to educate them on products/services.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions.
• Use Salesforce to track and report on sales activities.
