Job summary

Lansing Building Products, LLC in the West Palm Beach area is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business across Broward and Miami-Dade counties with regular travel.

You will prospect, meet contractors and builders, educate them on our products, and build lasting relationships while consistently exceeding sales targets.

The package includes base salary plus uncapped commissions, a company car for personal use, and provided laptop and mobile devices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of territory management in B2B outside sales.
• Experience using CRM software to manage sales activity.
• familiarity with Building Materials, Construction, or Wholesale Territory Sales.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: identify and prospect clients within your territory and manage leads through 8–10 daily sales appointments.
• Customer Meetings: meet face to face and educate contractors, remodelers, and builders on products/services.
• Relationship Building: establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and understand their needs to offer solutions.
• Sales Reporting: use Salesforce to track and report sales activities.
