Job summary

EST Companies is seeking an Outside Sales Supervisor to lead a nationwide team of Outside Sales Representatives. You will coach reps, refine processes, and drive profitable growth across the U.S. while staying aligned with EST’s mission and values.

You will represent EST at customer sites and events, develop relationships, pursue new business, and ensure exceptional service. The role combines hands-on sales with leadership and strategic planning to impact results.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of successful direct sales experience.
• Experience with government contracts is a plus.
• Travel and valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Zoho preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, train, and evaluate Outside Sales Representatives.
• Review weekly productivity, pipeline, and performance metrics.
• Guide deal strategy, pricing, and contract paths.
• Collaborate with inside sales and other teams for alignment.
• Ensure policy compliance, timekeeping, and performance standards.
• Conduct team meetings and trainings; drive process improvements.
• Handle core outside sales activities: needs assessment, quoting, relationship management, CRM use.
• Perform site visits to evaluate customer applications and identify opportunities.
• Build relationships with industry partners and suppliers.
• Pursue new prospects and business development across regions.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote EST products.
