Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role located in Baltimore, MD. This position is responsible for generating new business, visiting existing and prospective customers, and promoting the company’s glass fabrication and distribution services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, identifying customer needs, preparing quotes, and following up on opportunities to close sales. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery, and tracking sales activities in company systems. The representative will also provide ongoing customer service, respond to inquiries, and represent the company professionally at customer sites and industry events.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Presentations and New Business Development skills, with the ability to explain technical products clearly and generate new leads.
• Candidates should possess Relationship Building and Customer Service skills, demonstrating a customer-focused approach and the ability to maintain long-term accounts.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Relevant experience in outside sales, preferably in construction, building materials, or glass and glazing industries, is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer visits in the Baltimore area.
