Job summary

HardHat Workforce Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence in the Virginia market. This ground-floor opportunity offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and a chance to own your territory in the construction staffing space.

You will meet with general contractors, subcontractors, and project managers, build relationships, and drive growth through cold outreach, networking, and on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Construction or B2B sales experience preferred, especially in construction or staffing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
• Able to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Willing to visit job sites and work in the field.
• Self-starter with a drive to win and grow your book of business.

Responsibilities
