The ideal candidate has 2+ years in outside or B2B sales, with a proven ability to build customer relationships, present products, and close deals. A related bachelor’s degree is preferred and metal industry experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful outside or B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of prospecting, cold calling, and developing new business.
• Experience managing and growing a sales territory.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
• Metals, steel, aluminum, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or related industry experience is a strong plus.

We are working with a well-established metals company that is looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to its team in the Toledo, Ohio market

This is a strong opportunity for a proven sales professional who enjoys learning, being in the field, building customer relationships and growing a territory.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting and generating new commercial business, making cold calls int he field, and developing long-term customer relationships.
