You will present our product lines, quote customers accurately, ensure timely deliveries, and collaborate with inside sales to expand opportunities. A proven outside sales background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience in metal distribution preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage customers.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in last 5 years.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Experience with ERP/CRM and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Required

• Proven sales experience, preferably outside sales background
• Strong communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal; comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and via email
• Ability to handle objections and provide alternatives in the sales process.
• Valid and clean driving record (no DWI, reckless driving, or similar violations within the last 5 years)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
• PC literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); ERP/CRM experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a sales career
• Possess a strong professional work ethic
