Outside Sales Representative at Empire Today. Territory: Tinley Park, IL. The role involves meeting with customers in their homes to help find the best flooring products for their needs. Responsibilities

• Represent a quality brand serving customers for over 60 years.
• Engage with customers through pre-qualified leads and in-home consultations.
• Meet with customers to assess needs and present flooring solutions.
• Consistently work toward sales targets and earn commissions.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions (in person and virtual).
• Use provided tools and branding to support sales efforts.
• Maintain relationships and explore opportunities for referrals and growth.

Requirements

• Valid driver\'s license and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards; ability to drive with sample boards.
• Valid auto insurance.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions (in person and virtual).
• Business development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to use a tablet and laser measuring device for diagramming and contract preparation.
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
