Job summary

Paramount Builders, Inc. is seeking motivated sales professionals to meet with homeowners who request information about home improvements.

You will identify needs, present Paramount Builders solutions, demonstrate value, and confidently ask for the business during appointments. You'll work with home improvement products such as windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and baths, with company-provided appointments, uncapped commissions, and growth opportunities into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• You don’t have to come from home improvement, but competitive and coachable approach is required.
• We look for candidates with experience in sales-related fields such as in-home, automotive, real estate, or high-ticket retail.
