Our client is a premier national manufacturer and distributor of high-performance architectural metal roofing and gutter systems serving contractors, installers, and trade professionals across the United States.

We are seeking an aggressive, growth-minded Outside Sales Representative to launch and dominate a wide-open, high-demand territory in the Phoenix metropolitan area—one of the top construction markets in the country.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, this is a true "hunter" role designed for a proactive sales professional who thrives on cold calling, visiting active job sites, and building long-term relationships with roofing contractors and trade buyers. You will receive direct executive backing, back-office administrative support for quoting and order processing, and a highly aggressive uncapped straight-commission structure on top-line revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Industry Background: Background in building materials, metal roofing, metal building products, gutter systems, lumber/roofing distribution, or contractor-facing building products is required.
• Work Style: Self-reliant, autonomous, and comfortable spending 3–4 days/week in the field meeting directly with trade contractors.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
• Logistics: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass standard background check and drug screen.
• Languages (Preferred): Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
