Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an entry-level Outside Sales Representative to drive sales by reaching out to potential customers and gathering design specifications. This role involves extensive field activity and collaboration with design, production, and customer teams.

Under direct supervision, you will learn effective sales techniques, industry insights, and product knowledge while supporting senior sales staff on customer calls to develop successful proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 0–2 years industry sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Spends majority of daily activities away from employer’s place of business making sales calls and obtaining orders or contracts for services and products.
• Develops knowledge of effective sales techniques, familiarity with industry and understanding of company products and services.
• Accompanies more experienced Outside Sales Reps or Sales Manager on customer calls to learn effective sales and customer service techniques.
