Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an in-home sales professional to travel within the Nashville, TN area to inspect homes, assess needs, and design foundation repair and water management solutions. You will leverage warm leads to build a regional book of business, estimate repairs, and close sales on-site with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on performance and customer satisfaction.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission, B2C, or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.
• Ability to travel within the sales territory.
• Ability to attend a mandatory 3-week regional training class.
