Job summary

Jobtailor in California seeks a driven sales professional for in-home inspections and home improvement solutions. You will travel within the territory, educate homeowners on foundation repair and water management, and propose tailored job options with estimates.

Build a book of business from warm leads and close sales on-site. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships, tracking the lead pipeline, and reporting daily.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer and/or in-home sales is a plus.
• Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service and satisfaction.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within the sales territory.
• Ability to regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day.
