Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an in-home sales professional in Columbus, OH to travel within the sales territory, perform in-home inspections, and develop a book of business from warm leads. You will diagnose homeowner issues, propose foundation repair and water management solutions, and estimate repairs with generated proposals.

The role involves closing sales in customershomes, maintaining relationships, and reporting to the home branch for sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, especially B2C, preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for mandatory training class.
• Experience in a commission-based sales environment is a plus.
• Full-time W-2 employment eligibility.
