Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive field sales professional in Winston-Salem, NC to travel in the sales territory, perform in-home inspections, educate homeowners on foundation repair and water management, and build a book of business from warm leads.

You will estimate repairs, generate proposals, close sales on site, and maintain relationships while reporting to the home branch. This role emphasizes entrepreneurial drive, CRM activity, and active participation in trade shows and networking.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission, B2C, or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.
• Ability to travel within the assigned sales territory.
• Ability to conduct in-home consultations and inspections.
• Ability to estimate repairs and present job proposals.
• Ability to work in a full-time W-2 sales role.
• Must attend a mandatory 3-week regional training class.
