Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an enthusiastic in-home sales representative to present window replacement and related home improvement solutions to customers in Minneapolis and surrounding areas.

You will listen to needs, deliver tailored proposals, guide customers through financing, and close sales while maintaining CRM records and delivering exceptional experiences. Travel to customer homes is required, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Comfortable using iPad-based applications.
• 1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and one or both weekend days, based on customer demand and business needs
• 1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales preferred
• Comfortable using iPad-based applications preferred
• Proven ability to exceed performance targets preferred
