Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an in-home sales professional to present home improvement products and services to customers across Oregon. You will assess needs, deliver tailored solutions, and guide customers from first meeting through financing and post-sale follow-up.

You will travel to customer homes, build relationships, maintain CRM records, and work evenings and weekends to meet demand, with a focus on exceeding performance targets in a commission-driven role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and one or both weekend days, based on customer demand and business needs
• 1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales (preferred)
• Comfortable using iPad-based applications (preferred)
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure (preferred)
• Proven ability to exceed performance targets (preferred)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future visa sponsorship
