Job summary

Tri-State Water, Power & Air in Longview, TX is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to be the face of Tri-State, building and maintaining customer relationships while offering tailor-made solutions that fit homeowners’ needs.

The role comes with pre-set leads, paid training, and a clear path for growth. You’ll pursue and close deals, receive competitive compensation, and enjoy a robust benefits package including major medical, PTO, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of in-home sales experience.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance (we need to get you from Point A to Point Sold!).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
