Tri-State Water, Power & Air is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers primarily over the phone, schedule service or maintenance visits, and ensure a high-quality experience. Located in Cape Girardeau, MO, the role involves handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and maintaining detailed records.

Ideal candidates bring a friendly, dependable phone presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Schedule flexibility and the ability to work an assigned 8-hour shift during business hours (every other Saturday required).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional support to existing Tri-State customers via inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Schedule service and maintenance appointments efficiently and accurately.
• Follow up with customers to ensure appointments are completed and their needs are met.
• Document interactions in company systems with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Help maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Tri-State Water, Power & Air is growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll primarily assist customers over the phone—answering questions, scheduling service or maintenance appointments, and ensuring a great experience every time.

Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday: 8AM – 6PM
Saturday: 8 AM – 2 PM (every other Saturday required)
