Job summary

Tri-State Water, Power & Air is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home sales of whole-house standby generators and related services in Southern Indiana. You’ll work with pre‑set leads, earn commission, and receive comprehensive training to help you exceed earnings targets.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of in-home sales experience.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and pre-employment screening required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Tri-State, building and maintaining customer relationships while offering tailor-made solutions.
• Persuade customers with product knowledge and compelling pitches for generators and home improvements.
• Craft winning sales proposals and contracts that drive sign‑ups.
• Close deals and balance customer satisfaction with company success.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment and after-sales support.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to team growth.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2-3 years of in-home sales experience (if you've rocked the sales world before, we want you!).
• A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance (we need to get you from Point A to Point Sold!).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
