Job summary

Tri-State Water, Power & Air in Indianapolis seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow our home‑improvement solutions, including Whole House Standby Generators and related services. You will build lasting customer relationships, craft compelling proposals, and close deals with support from a driven team.

You will be equipped with leads, training, and the tools you need to succeed, while enjoying a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales experience preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Tri-State Water, Power & Air, building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Craft winning sales proposals and contracts to encourage sign‑ups.
• Close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and company success.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and after‑sales support.
• Hit sales goals and contribute to team growth.

What You Bring to the Table:

• In‑Home Sales experience preferred, but not required (if you’ve rocked the sales world before, we want you!).
• A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (we need to get you from Point A to Point Sold!).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
