Outside Sales Representative at Empire Today – Territory Location: Kennesaw, GA. Employment type: full-time. This role involves meeting face-to-face with customers in their homes to help find the best flooring products for their needs. Responsibilities

• Represent Empire Today by meeting with customers in their homes and assisting them in selecting flooring products that fit their needs.
• Generate and follow up on hot leads, typically within a 1-hour radius of the territory.
• Utilize the strength of a well-known brand to drive referrals and prospect additional customers.
• Participate in paid training and continuous learning to develop sales skills.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings (in person and virtually) as required.
• Present professionally, including Empire-branded apparel.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional interactions with customers.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with room for approximately 50 sample boards; ability to drive with the boards for demonstrations.
• Valid auto insurance.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments; ability to attend meetings in person and virtually.
• Business development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales.
• Proficiency with tablets and measuring devices for presentations and contract preparation.
• Present professionally, including Empire-branded apparel.
