Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Elk Grove, CA to run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing solutions, and close deals in-home. Expect a performance-driven environment with coaching and growth opportunities.

We offer a 100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earnings, 4 weeks of paid training at $1,000/week, a $4,000 sign-on bonus, a monthly car allowance, and a company-provided iPad.

Qualifications

• Must pass background screening and hold a valid driver’s license with insurance.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing solutions, and close projects in-home.

What You'll Do

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners-no cold calling or lead generationrequired.
• Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments,weekly meetings,and skill development.
