Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to run pre-set, qualified appointments and educate homeowners on roofing solutions. No roof climbing is required as our technology handles measurements, and you will close projects in-home.

You’ll work with the Sales Manager for coaching, attend weekly meetings, and develop your selling skills. This role offers a clear path to high earnings through uncapped commissions and bonuses.

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners-no cold calling or lead generation required.
• Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale. No roof climbing required.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.

What It Takes To Succeed

• Resilience and ability to handle rejection without being discouraged.
• Ability to drive 100 miles a day on average.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based role.
• Strong ability to navigate complex conversations and close deals on the spot.
• Technological proficiency in using an iPad.
• Submit to a background screening.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
