Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to educate homeowners on roofing solutions, run pre-set appointments, and close in-home deals across the country.

You will conduct professional consultations, provide same-day estimates, and work with the Sales Manager for coaching and development. This role offers a 100% commission W-2 structure with on-target earnings from $150,000 to $320,000+ annually, plus training and allowances.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing solutions, and close projects in-home.

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generationrequired.
• Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments,weekly meetings,and skill development.
