Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is expanding in-home roofing solutions across the country. As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll visit pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing options, and close projects in-home.

We offer a 100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earnings, an on-target earning range of $150K–$320K+ annually, four weeks of paid training at $1,000/week, a $4,000 sign-on bonus, a monthly car allowance, and cell phone and iPad provisions.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to drive ~100 miles daily.
• Submit to a background screening.
• Have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.
• Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
