Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on roofing, bathroom remodeling, or siding solutions, and close projects in-home.

This role offers a 100% commission W-2 structure with uncapped earnings, with on-target earnings between $150K–$320K+ annually, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus, monthly car allowance, and a company-provided iPad and cell phone allowance. Training is 4 weeks at $1,000/week.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales to homeowners.
• Ability to close projects at the home.
• Detail-oriented with design consultations.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set appointments with homeowners—no cold calling.
• Conduct in-home design consultations, design showers using rendering software, provide same-day estimates, and close at the home.
• Partner with Sales Manager for coaching, joint appointments, and weekly meetings.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing, bathroom remodeling, or siding solutionsand close projects in-home.

What You'll Do

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.
• Conduct professional in-home design consultations, design custom showers using proprietary rendering software, provide same-day estimates, and execute a one-sit close.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
