Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in San Jose, CA to close roofing projects with homeowners using pre-set, qualified appointments, in-home consultations, and same-day estimates.

This 100% commission W-2 role offers uncapped earnings with monthly bonuses, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus, four weeks of training at $1,000 per week, a monthly car allowance, and a company iPad.

Qualifications

• No cold calling; pre-set qualified appointments.
• In-home roofing consultations with same-day estimates and closing.
• Ability to navigate complex conversations and close deals on the spot.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends and handle rejection.

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generationrequired.
• Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments,weekly meetings,and skill development.
