Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to educate homeowners on roofing solutions, run pre-set in-home appointments, and close deals on-site. The role focuses on high-velocity, in-home sales with full commission earnings and strong earning potential.

You will receive coaching from the Sales Manager, attend weekly meetings, and work with a supportive team to maximize close rates. A fast-growing company with paid training and generous incentives awaits top performers.

Qualifications

• Must be resilient and able to cope with rejection without losing momentum.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills to seal in-home sales.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based role and pursuing targets.
• Background screening required.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance are required.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing solutions, and close projects in-home.

What You'll Do

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners-no cold calling or lead generationrequired.
• Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments,weekly meetings,and skill development.
