Day-to-day includes canvassing targeted neighborhoods, running scheduled and self-generated appointments, documenting damage, meeting with insurance adjusters, and closing contracts. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk sales job—reps are in the field, managing real projects from first contact to signed agreement.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $125K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $300K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
