Job summary

HyperHired LLC. is seeking a results-driven sales representative to engage homeowners in Carmel, IN, and guide them through inspections, repairs, and insurance claims. You will work with warm leads, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with operations to schedule inspections and handoffs.

Success is measured by daily activity, closing performance, and earned commissions, with typical earnings around the mid six-figures for top performers as you advance toward leadership roles.

• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections.
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned.
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff.
• Bring back field intel - objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity - to weekly team huddle.

Job description

At our team, our sales reps are trusted advisors, not pushy salespeople. You'll meet with homeowners who've experienced storm damage or need exterior upgrades, perform detailed roof and siding inspections, and guide them through repairs or insurance claims using our proven system. We provide warm leads to get you started, along with ongoing prospecting opportunities through canvassing and outreach.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel - objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity - to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$80K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $200K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
