Job summary

HyperHired LLC. is seeking a results-driven Sales Rep to operate in Jacksonville, FL. You will knock on pre-mapped neighborhoods, qualify homeowners, and book inspections, then move deals forward through insurance claim assistance or cash/retail options.

Expect coaching on talk tracks, inspection flow, and follow-up to eliminate guesswork. You will run the full discovery-to-close cycle on your appointments, coordinate with operations for scheduling, and bring back field intel to weekly team

We create opportunities and close roofs with a team that runs on discipline, process, and real standards. As a Sales Rep, your day-to-day is simple and structured: you're in the field knocking targeted neighborhoods, talking to homeowners, setting and running roof inspections, documenting everything cleanly in our system, and moving deals forward either through insurance claim assistance or cash/retail options. You'll be coached on the talk track, the inspection flow, and the follow-up so you're never guessing what to do next.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$125K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $2.4M+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
