Job summary

True North Group LLC. is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to build relationships with local business owners and their teams across Oregon. You will visit clients in person and via phone, explaining insurance options and gathering needs to tailor plans for employees.

You’ll present to group audiences, manage your own schedule, and stay organized while delivering exceptional service. The role offers ongoing training, performance rewards, and clear paths for advancement in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, especially outside sales.
• Ability to teach others, in person and online.
• Good at staying organized and communicating clearly.
• Strong desire to help and care for others.
• Health & Life general lines license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Visit small and medium businesses and discuss insurance products.
• Present to groups of employees, sometimes 50-100 people.
• Respond to client emails and phone calls; set up meetings.
• Face-to-face and phone outreach to generate new business and referrals (B2B).
• Build and maintain your own client list; hit monthly/quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with manager to set sales targets; report activities.
