Mead Lumber Company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to promote construction materials to contractor customers. You will build relationships, prepare quotes, and manage bids and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of the construction industry preferred.
• Ability to read plans and truss layouts.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.
• Proven track record in sales with a target-driven mindset.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Relationship management and responsiveness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell construction materials and services to contractor customers.
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients via in-person and phone contact.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes; manage bids and quotes.
• Ensure timely deliveries and site visits to support projects.
• Coordinate all deliveries, credits, and customer follow-ups.
