Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about products, orders, prices, quotations, deliveries, and installations.
• Initiate calls to customers to generate sales.
• Enter work orders, returns, credits, and service requests; file papers accordingly.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products and pricing specs.
