Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth for residential and commercial wildlife management services. You will identify opportunities, consult with customers to tailor humane solutions, and build long-term relationships while leveraging company-provided leads and your own pipeline.

Base salary with uncapped commission and earnings potential of $70,000–$100,000+ annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver\'s license.
• Must be available to travel up to 10%.
• Must be available to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• A hunter mindset and proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a related field (pest control, roofing, construction, route-based businesses)
• Ability to work in the field independently and efficiently manage your own schedule
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and confidently recommend the right solution.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while consistently building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Aggressively grow new business in your territory by self-generating opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and leverage relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive recurring and referral-based sales.
• Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
