Job summary

Critter Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by sourcing new business and serving residential and commercial customers. You will assess wildlife needs, present tailored solutions, and partner with operations to ensure a high‑quality customer experience from first contact to service completion.

The role rewards a hunter mindset, strong networking, and the ability to work independently in a large territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to 10%.
• Willing to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start.
• Proven outside sales experience with hunter mindset.
• Ability to work in the field and manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by prospecting and developing relationships.
• Assess customer needs and recommend wildlife services.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to exceed targets.
• Create and present detailed proposals for removal and prevention.
• Close deals, collect payments, and re-engage past prospects.
